Property and Cancellation Policies

Cancellation Policy – La Manna Events and Leisure Standard Cancellations

  • If cancelled up to 3 days before arrival, no fee will be charged.
  • If cancelled later, or in case of a no-show, the cost of the first night of the reservation will be charged.
  • Non-arrival and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the prepayment.
  • Guests who have not arrived by 6:00 PM without prior notice of late check-in allow La Manna Events and Leisure to release the room for other guests.


General Policy

  • For cancellations and amendments, the General Cancellation Policy of La Manna Events and Leisure applies.
  • A specific cancellation policy may apply to certain villas, events, or special offers.
  • Cancellations received with 4 days or more notice will be refunded in full, less a 10% transaction charge.
  • Failure to arrive at the resort is subject to a 100% cancellation fee.



Early Bird Bookings

  • Any cancellation under the Early Bird Booking promotion is non-refundable.


Amended Bookings

  • The cancellation policy applies to the original date of arrival, not the extended date.
  • If the date of arrival is brought forward, the original cancellation policy still applies.


Special Offers

  • The cancellation policy for Special Offers (including Early Bird) will be clearly stated in the More Information section of the Internet Booking Engine (IBE), under Terms & Conditions on the IBE and the website.



Changes to Bookings

  • To request a date change, email welcome@lamannaleisure.com.
  • If the new date has a lower rate, the difference may be used as credit against extra expenses during the stay.
  • If the new date has a higher rate, the balance must be settled before departure.
  • Date changes are subject to availability, and only one date change is permitted, provided it is made more than 3 days before the original arrival date.

  • User Agreement

    Access to and use of this website is conditional upon your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read the following terms and conditions closely before using our website. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use this website.

    Any use of the     www.lamannaph.com website, or written communication with La Manna Events and Leisure, for the purposes of travel arrangements/accommodation, confirms that you are aged 18 or over and that you have read and fully accept these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are devised for the protection of all parties. Booking Conditions

    The La Manna Events and Leisure website is owned and operated by La Manna Events and Leisure, with offices located at 443 Natatas Road, Brgy. Natataas, Tanauan City, Batangas.
    Customers are responsible for reading the terms and conditions including booking conditions which are available at     www.lamannaph.com/terms-and-conditions. You agree to abide by the terms or conditions of purchase imposed by La Manna Events and Leisure with whom you elect to deal. You understand that any violation of any such conditions of purchase may result in cancellation of your reservations or purchases, in your being denied access to any hotels, in your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservations or purchases, and La Manna Events and Leisure debiting your account for any costs we incur as a result of such violation. You will be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of your use of this website, and, without limitation, you will be responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of transactions performed by others on your behalf, whether or not such uses were performed with your consent.

    With respect to hotel reservations and ground arrangements made directly through this website, your reservation will become confirmed once you have sent an online confirmation and provided and paid the total amount due in full OR any required deposits and when we acknowledge receipt of your full payment OR deposit. In some cases an initial non-refundable deposit may be charged. Booking Your Holiday
    A booking is accepted only after we receive written confirmation from you along with full payment for accommodation and travel arrangements.

    For bookings made via our Internet Booking Engine, the full payment, or for email inquiries, the full payment or payment of a deposit or your written confirmation will indicate an acceptance of these terms and conditions by you.

    Final Payment

    If balance of payment is due for your travel arrangements/hotel reservation, the balance payment must be paid by you before leaving the hotel. Methods of Payment
    Payments for full or part payment for the travel arrangements/hotel reservation may be made either by 1) bank transfer, 2) credit card (Visa, Mastercard), or 3) GCash. If paid via bank transfer, all additional charges and fees related to the transfer will be borne by you.

    Child Policy

     La Manna Events and Leisure will consider the following conditions as our Child Policy:0 to 12 years old will be FOC when sharing parents’ bed. If an extra bed is required, there will be an additional supplement as specified by the property.
  • 12 years old and above will be considered as “Adult.”

Booking Confirmation

If booking is made through the internet payment gateway.

Please do not reply to your auto-generated booking confirmation email. Should you like to contact us regarding your reservation please email us at reservations@lamannaph.com and mention your booking reference number, including name, dates and the hotel. You can also call us on +63 968 105 4809 (Monday to Friday between 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM). Reservation Fee
To confirm a booking, an equivalent of one night’s stay is required to be settled. For long-term accommodation, an equivalent of 25% of the total amount due must be paid to secure the reservation. No reservation is confirmed until the reservation fee is paid (not applicable to pre-paid bookings). This is deductible from the total bill upon check-in and is good for the confirmed booking dates specified on the voucher.

Check-in and Check-Out Requirements

Unless otherwise stated on the booking confirmation, guests may check in at any time from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM on the scheduled day of arrival. Any non-secured reservation will be held until 4:00 PM on the day of arrival, at which time we will be entitled to re-let the room, unless the guest has notified the hotel of a late arrival.

On the day of departure, all guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 12:00 noon. Late check-out after this time can be requested subject to availability and will be charged at half of the room rate until 6:00 PM. Any extension beyond 6:00 PM will be charged the full room rate. Security Deposit

Security deposit is mandatory for incidentals or losses and breakages. The deposit is a mandatory condition before check-in. Cash is preferred as a security deposit. If a credit card is used, it will be through “Pre-auth” (pre-authorization), which is a temporary hold of a specific amount of the available balance on a credit or debit card. The pre-authorization is not charged and no funds are debited from the guest’s account. It guarantees the hotel that the funds are available as payment for the incidentals.

Rate Changes

Different rate categories are listed on the online booking engine, regardless of the currency it is listed under, and the offer(s) available is subject to change at the discretion of La Manna Events and Leisure.
